Warranty Policy

As a courtesy to our customers, we submit all handheld equipment product warranty registrations to the manufacturer after purchase. Warranty service is available through your local dealer, or through Dutchman's Lawn & Garden if you live in Baldwin County, Alabama. To locate your local dealer, click here. For specific product warranty details please refer to the documentation that was included with your purchase. According to Husqvarna’s guidelines, warranty covers “defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Husqvarna will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.” If you find that your equipment is having an issue covered by warranty, please stop use of the equipment immediately. Equipment brought to a dealer for warranty work must be accompanied by reliable proof of purchase. This includes a filled-in warranty card, invoice, or receipt showing the date of purchase, model number, serial number, and the dealer’s name and address. If the issue diagnosed is determined to not be covered under warranty, it is at the discretion of the dealer you use for the repair what labor rates apply.
